AI/ML Specialist - Software Engineer (m/f/d)LOCATION: Althofen CONTACT: Helga Brauneis, MSc CALL NUMBER: +43 4262 505-249 Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforming various data science tasks incl. data visualization, data filtering, pattern recognition, complex datasets interpretation Developing and automating feature engineering, model training, self-alarming/learning/testing, MLOps end-to-end pipelines in production environments (cloud and locally hosted) Designing and implementing applications and tools that will enable technicians and engineers to derive better conclusions Architecting, developing, and monitoring scalable AI based systems targets e.g. classification, clustering, and/or forecasting Applying DevOps for Machine learning, in terms of micro-services containerizing, load orchestrating, and scaling Speaking with different parties (e.g. plant managers, RD Labs technicians …) to inspect treatable issues with AI, define the available problem, and introduce solutions Managing, tracking, monitoring, reporting of project execution Leading educational activities and introducing innovative ideas contribute to the company's AI maturity level RequirementsBachelor, Master, Or PhD in Computer Science, Autonomous systems, Mathematics, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or similar fields Expertise in Software Engineering practices Solid background in Python Expertise in Pandas, Numpy, Plotly/Seaborn, Pickle, SKlearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Flask or Django Expertise in Git/Github, Docker, Pyinstaller Knowledge in Kubernetes, Azure (DevOps, and Cosmosdb) as a plus Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script as a plus Very good communication skills Skills in easing complex AI topics Our offerPersonal and professional development in a dynamic company We offer a competitive compensation & benefit package and excellent working conditions This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the chemical industry, employment group IVa (EUR 3.913,45).
