To strengthen our team, we are currently searching for a Business Analyst (all genders) Your TasksSupport on-going projects in the bank with their data needs from the Group Data Warehouse and Group Data Lake by analyzing the data requirements, identifying data availability or possible data gaps Closely cooperate with IT for the modeling of the information in the conceptual model and in the data gathering structures Ensure communication and alignment of the changes with impacted stakeholders Group wide Maintain the Group Business Dictionary with the new information added in the Conceptual Data Model Ensure correct implementation of the data request by testing the information based on predefined use cases Your BackgroundAn academic degree (B.A. /M.A.) At least 3 years of working experience in Business, Business Analysis and/or Business Intelligence DWH in a financial area Capability of understanding/reading a Data Model or of a relational database You have a good understanding of the banking products and financial steering related indicators, with focus on one of the following areas: treasury products, controlling, asset liability management Strong analytic skills and experience with DWHs and modeling A confident and concise communicator and organizer You are highly motivated and interested in evolving knowledge You enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic environment Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage Fluent in English; intermediate German or a CEE know-how are an advantage Our OfferWe offer you the possibility to work in a dynamic international environment We give you the opportunity to further develop the respective working area and participate in Erste Group's strategic business considerations Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 36.514,-- gross per year.
