You can learn more about the world of OMV below: Our businessYour role:Performing design, planning & executing developments and software enhancements Designing and developing tables, views, various SQL queries, store procedures, function, complex PL/SQL packages for ETRM applications (energy, trading & risk management) You deliver complex multi-discipline technical specific tasks, for allocated application services in alignment with the business analysts for daily activity and for project activities In this role you act as technical responsible for ETRM applications proposing system improvements both from coding perspective and but also from infrastructure side (Oracle) Participating in new technology investigation and make recommendations for new technology adoption You are part of technical projects on demand and perform quality assurance for code changes for software releases Collaborating effectively cross-functional especially within the developer community but also database and network areas You are responsible for active participation in Data Liberation Chapter initiative and other data integration activities Your profile:You have a university degree (Master) in IT (or similar academical background) You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience specially in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL; SQL Developer, Rest APIs (e.g. endpoints of Oracle SaaS products), T-SQL You are proficient in writing database objects such as: Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Packages Experience in working with Azure cloud and associated services stack in developing cloud solutions You have experience in different high-level programing language (C#/ Java) and ideally also with Scrum/Agile development methodologies Knowledge in Endur of advantage Strong troubleshooting and support skills as well as distinct analytical thinking Excellent English skills, German is a bonus What to expect from OMV:We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
