Support the Product Owners in their effort to manage the backlog and guide the teams in establishing normalized estimates. Be a facilitator: facilitate the team´s progress toward team goals and be continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability and velocity Be a leader: help the teams to improve and take responsibility for their actions and support the teams in addressing and eliminating issues Be a coordinator: Support the teams to continuously improve communications and relationships to other teams as well as work together with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to help the teams contribute towards improving the overall development.
