You will oversee the separation of 3rd Level Support from our existing QA team, adding new support experts to our roster.Day-to-day, you will provide practical and strategic guidance to the team as they assist users with advanced technical problems.You'll need to lead by example - only a solid grasp of technology will help you deal with tasks hands-on and develop your team's capabilities.You know how to shape and grow a team, using your knowledge of processes to keep us working beautifully together.
Qualifikationen
You're familiar with Javascript and SQL.You can handle Microsoft, Google, Apple and/or Atlassian tools and products.Your smooth handling of team dynamics and potential conflicts maintains our legendary Meister Spirit.Your curiosity, resourcefulness and ability to work independently help drive us on.You know how to prioritize and have a keen eye for detail and high quality.You have excellent written and spoken English. German and any other language skills are a plus.
Erfahrung
3 years' experience. You know your stuff when it comes to leading a support team in the SaaS industry.Your expertise with CRM, ticketing and service management tools will make the Meister customer experience even better.Bonus points for experience with public cloud services.
