Head of eCommerce** all genderAs Head of E-Commerce, you will prepare our company for the international launch of our products. From choosing the right e-commerce solution for our international Web Shop, to building your own team. You will take responsibility, together with other teams, in ensuring a successful launch. After the launch, you will lead your team in the continuous improve the entire online customer journey and optimization of conversion rates. As Head of E-Commerce YOU will be capable of even more exciting activities: Professional conception and operation of an international Web Shop (B2C) for personal care goods/medical devices. Establishment and management of the associated team, for the daily support and further growth of the Web Shop (OM & OS experts, analysts). Conception, implementation and support of global online marketing, sales initiatives and campaigns. Now about YOU: You successfully completed your education (University, University of Applied Sciences...) or have at least 7 years of in-depth experience in the field of e-commerce for consumer goods (B2C). You bring excellent leadership skills and experience in managing and building teams. You can impress us with your experience in setting up and operating commerce front- and backend software. Your expertise in measuring, tracking and optimizing the conversion rates and UX speaks for you. You bring experience in the use of analytic software and optimization tools. You have a high technical affinity and knowledge of holistic business processes. You own the ability to maintain a structured approach, while working on multiple issues simultaneously. Your communication skills are strengthened by your fluent German and English.
