Erfahrung

Professional experience in C++, nice to have: Java, PythonSIP/RTP/RTCP protocol for VoIPAudio/Video Codec integrationStrong communication skills in English obligatory, both written and spoken

Our development approach aims to give each developer the freedom to focus on their areas of interests and their individual strengths. Sometimes, this means that front-end and back-end work on a certain feature is split up between two developers, other times a single developer may take ownership of the entire feature and implement it "full stack". In order to make this possible, we are invested in a very collaborative style of design and development, where architectural or technological decisions are usually made by the team members themselves, with the input of more senior architects if necessary. Developers are included very early on in the process of introducing new features and can give input to their product owner, UX design and QA colleagues.
