Technical Trainer (m/f/d)YOUR JOBYou are responsible for establishing, developing and implementing training concepts within the company As a member of our inhouse training unit NETCADEMY, you hold technical training sessions and workshops online and on-site (classroom trainings, trainings on the job, train the trainer etc.) You didactically prepare training material and support new colleagues in the Onboarding process You organize technical in-house trainings and activities such as talks, workshops, etc. You determine training needs and adapt our training offers accordingly You keep up-to-date with technical and methodical training innovations You maintain our knowledge base and keep our learn management system up-to-date YOUR SKILLSYou have several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on building web applications You are enthusiastic about learning, mentoring and sharing knowledge You enjoy public speaking and giving presentations and already gained experience with it You are able to explain complex technical content in an easy-to-understand way You have good communication and organizational skills Your English is business fluent (level C1-C2) Your working experience with parts of our tech stack (Java, Spring, Databases, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Cloud technologies like Azure/GCP) is a benefit Your experience in planning and conducting technical trainings is a plus Benefit from a wide range of training or foster your talent in our in-house NETCADEMY.
