YOUR TASKS You are a digital sales product manager across multiple brands and credit products You are on top of your numbers - reviewing data, creating deep-dives and management presentations You understand sales funnel management & continually drive optimization initiatives You understand retail risk management and how it affects affordability/lending criteria and drive initiatives to optimize funded volumes You understand the end-to-end process of a product flow and continuously seek to optimize them You are excited by the prospect of developing digital products and supporting the next generation of products and optimization initiatives You are working in a challenging, high-performing environment focused on execution & results YOUR PROFILE You have experience in digitals sales with a track record of performance in the financial services sector You can work on multiple initiatives in parallel You are self-directed and look for opportunities / solutions You understand how to prioritize and block out distractions You are curious about psychology and persuasion You must be detail oriented and have a strong memory You like working under pressure You are fluent in English Technical skills Experienced user of BI Tools (PowerBI or Tableau) Knowledge of SQL or Python JavaScript knowledge is an advantage Microsoft Office suite knowledge is mandatory WE OFFER Prime office locations with an open and nurturing corporate culture Active participation in the transformation of an agile and digital company Flexible worktime models, vast career opportunities, training and development, various attractive social benefits We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 32.825,94 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement.
