We are seeking a QA engineer for our Network Security products. You'll be part of the team building the next generation of our network security products, including solutions for SD-WAN, IoT, ZTNA, and security protection. Our tech stack is based on C/C++, python, Java and ReactJS. You will be working in a small, international, young, agile team environment in Europe and adhere to an iterative development process through planning, coding, testing, and deployment. Tech Stack:Linux - our product is based on a Linux platform and especially knowledge about Linux networking is required. ISO/OSI - Knowledge about networking protocols is required, knowledge about security- and encryption specific technologies is a plus. Python - we use a Python-based test-automation framework C++ - it would be helpful to have a basic understanding of C++ to read and interpret code Virtualization - it would be helpful if you have knowledge about virtualized computing environments, such as VMWare environments. Experience with REST-based automation of such environments would be a plus. Public Cloud Environments - it would be a plus if you have a basic understanding of public clouds such as AWS or Azure. What you'll be working onQuality assurance engineer who is directly integrated in an engineering team of C++ programmers Structured planning of quality assure in the form of uses-cases based on business requirements Definition of test cases as part of project teams Implementation of test cases for brand new product features in Python Manual testing of new features if no automation is possible You should be able to maintain and perform test automation and set up frameworks on multiple platforms Reporting of bugs and problems in the form of bug-tickets What you bring to the role2+ years of experience in system administration, or network administration, software testing or related field Must-have skills Linux Networking ISO/OSI Python Nice to have skills Experience in a full project testing life cycle including test case creation, script development, manual and automated testing Familiarity with build tools such as Jenkins Basic C++ knowledges Virtualization experience REST Automation Public Cloud experience What you'll get from usA team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
