Games Platform Product Manager (f/m/d)with relevant work experience Vollzeit | Dienstort: WienWe are currently looking for a Games Platform Product Manager (f/m/d) to support our Games Platform Team at Greentube. The Games Platform Product Manager is expected to produce and maintain effective product roadmaps and product requirements and be the main representative for the product strategy and design with all internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the engineering teams, especially Business Analysts and Product Owners to make sure that the products built are in line with the provided requirements and with Project Managers to make sure that deliveries are on time and within budget. YOUR TASKSUnderstand the games, game features, and gamification elements that the platform needs to support Support the regular definition and update of the team's business objectives and key results (OKRs) Introduce the business strategy, roadmap, and high-level requirements for the product to the different stakeholders and collect and address any requirements, concerns, and expectations Identify the business requirements for the product that aligns with the product strategy and incorporates the stakeholder input Work with other Product Managers to produce the highest quality product designs possible Document the business requirements in terms of user stories and acceptance criteria where applicable Provide mockups or further material where required to clarify requirements with both stakeholders and engineering teams Align with the engineering teams on the discrete deliverables and roadmap planning to identify resource requirements Support Business Analysts in the creation of technical requirements, Product Owners in the creation of product backlogs and Project Managers in the creation of the project plans YOUR PROFILECompleted higher education in a technical or business-related study or equivalent working experience (Bachelor's or Master's degree). A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product and/or Project management role, or similar. Experience in communication and coordination between cross-functional teams. Passion for technology and thorough understanding of front-end and back-end development Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an Ability to focus on problem-solving in a dynamic/agile environment. Excellent planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
