IT Consultant - Markets (f/m/x)We are looking for ambitious and customer-oriented candidates to strengthen our team in Group IT Delivery. As an IT Consultant, you will bring the IT and business side of Capital Markets together, leveraging your deep knowledge of both areas. What you can expect:Work in an adaptive tribe for the Derivatives and Securities Finance area Our cross-functional teams are passionate about collaboration and sharing knowledge, as well as working with a high degree of autonomy You will be working on innovative projects as well as daily operations of our software solutions Align with all stakeholders and coordinate rollouts Work together with implementation partners and suppliers Perform standard IT operations to ensure stable operations IT and Business work together in values streams, formed based on required skills You will perform within an agile framework by supporting the product owner and your team members, pulling tasks and making sure the team delivers on their commitments You give and receive open, direct and timely feedback What you bring to the table:University degree in business informatics, economics or similar 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer / IT Consultant Passion for banking and IT, knowledge of capital market products and processes Outstanding analytical skills, structured thinking, attention to detail Hands-on mentality, drive for results with strong project management capabilities Experience working in an agile and adaptive working environment (Scrum/Dev-Ops/Kanban) You enjoy working with data and bring excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL. Experience with a programming language like Python, R, Javascript, Java, C++ as well as experience with BI Tools is considered a plus Experience with CI/CD, cloud concepts and virtualization is a plus Experience with Murex, Anvil or similar Capital Markets Software is appreciated Good presentation skills, experience in consulting business is a plus Full professional proficiency in English.
