About the RoleThis position will primarily help expand our email and lifecycle marketing activities. Our products remove.bg and unscreen.com are the market-leading solutions for automated background removal with Artificial Intelligence, used by more than 30 million users every month. Your marketing activities will be on a global scale, communicating to millions of our users on a regular basis. You will empower them to the world of design through our visual AI products, and also support Canva's wider user growth through your initiatives. Your tasksTake over and improve all aspects of our email marketing, including but not limited to, concept, design, campaign structure & execution, targeting & segmentation, reporting & analysis, etc. Brainstorm, plan, and execute newsletter campaign ideas. Increase subscriber base, user engagement, traffic to the website, and conversions through newsletter campaigns and A/B testing. Handle at least one more specialization/channel within marketing depending on your knowledge and experience, such as paid marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing, marketing data analytics, etc. Support the marketing lead with strategic planning and idea generation in the areas of product marketing and branding. Work closely with the other channel specialists within the Kaleido Marketing team, e.g. by brainstorming and aligning campaigns. Coordinate with other departments, such as design and front-end development, to create amazing newsletters. Support with other ad-hoc tasks, such as brainstorming, copywriting, managing external vendors, market research, etc. RequirementsYou have at least 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and 2+ years of experience in email/lifecycle marketing. You have managed large email subscriber lists, with a track record of successful subscriber base expansion and improving engagement and conversion rates. You have a proven track record of success within other channels of Marketing, with clear performance KPIs as an indication of success. You have extensively worked with marketing analytics data (e.g. Google Analytics) and know how to interpret the numbers, set goals, and derive actions from data insights. You love working in an international environment with a dynamic, young, growing team. Native-level English in speaking and writing. HTML/CSS knowledge to be able to edit newsletters. Excellent and proven copywriting skills with A/B testing experience.
