Someone who has the foresight and expertise to define the cloud landscape, while being the person on the ground helping the customer and our teams succeed in the cloud journey. As a Cloud Engineer, you will facilitate, communicate, design, and guide the implementation of cloud technics. Your new missionWork with state-of-the-art automation tools to extend IT into the public cloud Take responsibility for the automation of infrastructure services which include the definition and implementation of interfacing (API etc.) to internal systems Learn how to work with the associated platforms and cloud technologies like MS Azure or AWS Work in agile self-driven teams and support our culture that expects high levels of performance with a strong team work ethic and strong knowhow transfer skills Proactively find ways to increase efficiencies and improve the usability of our cloud and tool infrastructure What you'll bring with youExperience and education as an operations engineer, ideally with DevOps experience A background and interest in either enterprise IT, cloud development or infrastructure modernization Words like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, JSON/REST, Python, JavaScript, Webservices, Linux, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, shouldn't be total new for you Experience with one or some of the following would be an advantage: ServiceNow, RedHat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM Terraform (Infrastructure as code) Scripting skills (bash / python), PowerShell Communication skills in English and/or German, any other CEE language is an advantage Our OfferThe opportunity to work with a motivated, ambitious, multi-national team and to cooperate with many colleagues, functions, and units across the Erste Group in our region We provide a professional environment and all the hardware & software you need to work efficiently (e.g., MacBook, iPhone, licenses...)
