DXP & Cloud Solutions Team Lead (m/f/x)We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Lead for our DXP & Cloud Solutions Division. If you share our passion for providing top-notch solutions and services, join our team!What you will do:As a DXP & Cloud Solutions Team Lead at Moonshiner you will not only be responsible for the development of custom web solutions but also for the development and growth of your team and the Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) & Cloud Division. Together with your Team - youll plan & architect strategies + products for our clients. And be responsible for the growth of a team of 8 backend developers. Who you are:You are highly motivated, creative and resilient You are willing to take team and company responsibility and to make clear decisions You have an intense desire to coach, develop and enable people Your problem-solving skills are unbeatable. You are happy tackling new challenges and solving them in straight-forward ways You are into thinking about ideal processes and architectures to deliver high-end applications You are passionate about developing applications that are maintainable & easily extendable You are caring about a smooth development process and the code quality The skills you have:At least 3 years experience in the development of PHP applications (symfony, laravel) You know your ways around DXPs such as Pimcore, Storyblock etc. Experience with Cloud Platforms - f.e.
