Ihre AufgabenDevelopment and implementation of sales and margin controlling tools for the entire Group Support for our international affiliates in the margin improvement process, close contact to the Sales Management and entire Commercial organization Continuous improvement of data quality (master data and transactional data) Support in creation / automatization of Sales Reporting Providing information and trainings to the Sales Organization, how to efficiently use sales reports and analytics Product costing (in-house production) Developing of pricing concepts together with Commercial Department Preparation and organization of Sales Review meetings Margin deviation analysis for the Group and the affiliates Finance lead for the sales and margin budget process Support of the affiliate budget process Involvement in the forecasting process Ad hoc reporting/support of other controlling processes Ihr ProfilGraduated business studies and several years of experience (at least 3 years) in sales controlling and/or pricing analytics/management Excellent practical knowledge of sales controlling tools Experience in implementation and further development of sales controlling tools Hands-on mentality, willingness to perform and creative drive Very good MS-Office skills as well as a high IT affinity, knowledge of Power BI advantageous High process orientation or drive for automation Precise and structured way of working as well as high sense of responsibility Distinct solution and result orientation Extensive experience gained in manufacturing companies (FMCG, pharma, packaging, automotive, chemical etc.) or consulting companies (focused on pricing and margin improvement) Experience with SAP Business fluent in written and spoken English Strong communication skills, openness for different cultures Wir bietenWe offer a varied work in a rapidly expanding company with diverse development opportunities and company benefits, as well as flexible working hours and home office.
