We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and to roll banking service out across multiple CEE countries. We are looking for a motivated candidate who supports our Finance team in Vienna as a: TREASURY SPECIALIST (F/M/D)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze the on- and off-balance sheet interest rate risk positions; derive interest rate risk strategies and induce appropriate measures; identify positions allowing improved IR steering Investigate the potential of implementing IR hedging and hedge accounting strategies Planning, forecasting, steering and monitoring of the short-/long-term liquidity positions Analyze the development of sight deposit and loan positions; implement standards for liquidity and interest rate risk models in cooperation with Risk Controlling Determine performance indicators for the ALM and how to improve them Identify data synergy opportunities to achieve higher value added to the ALM strategy Asset liability committee owner and SPOC for standards with RBI Group Treasury YOUR QUALIFICATIONMaster's in economics, mathematics, business administration or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Treasury/Risk Controlling in a financial services/consulting company Analytical skills combined with profound understanding of market opportunities/relationships Data analysis and processing skills - ideally experience in SQL, Kamakura, pro-MIS or MOAP Very good command of English OUR OFFERDepending on your concrete skills and experience we offer a compensation package starting from gross EUR 70,000.00 p.a. including overtime (All-In) Company benefits include home office possibility, job ticket, RCB vouchers, corporate benefit world, subsidized canteen and a lot more A stable work environment within an innovative field of business with plenty of room for you to bring in your ideas and to grow professionally We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
