Design, architecture, test and implement core parts for the XR toolkit, specifically for various input systems - like controllers, gamepads and novel input systems.Work with controller vendors to expose controller functionality through Android to game engines like Unreal or Unity.Evaluate and research the use of controllers for various XR devices like AR smart glasses, XR see-through devices or VR devices.Work closely with product managers, partner managers and experts on the customer and partner side to understand their requirements and directly influence the roadmap of Qualcomm's XR toolkit.

Erfahrung
3+ years' experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc., where experience in applying C++ is a mustProven experience in Android development with a focus on native library integration as well as good understanding of Android architecturePrevious experience with game development engines or head-worn devices (HoloLens, Magic Leap) are a plusPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.3+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Ausbildung
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
