Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Backend Software Developer to join our team. Your playing field:As a team player, you will work closely with our Product manager on desktop and mobile features You will contribute to our new technology stack as well as maintain the existing legacy system Your passion for code and design reviews is your strength to make us better than we were yesterday You strive for excellence by developing new features across the entire stack. Make an impact on a product that touches millions of users every day Like a striker, you score when keeping the unit test coverage above 90% As a coordinator on the field, you promote and ensure engineering excellence Together as one team, you will help the automation engineers in APIs automated tests and e2e tests Qualifications Which skills should you bring to the pitch:Learning Environment. You are willing to learn and passionate about becoming a Software Developer; here at Tipico, we love what we do. Score extra points with us if you have experience but this is not required. Java Fundamentals. We require you to know OOP and Java fundamentals. Test Management. Your knowledge about test automation and openness to learning more about it is what we're looking for. Environment. Familiar with Microservices Architecture. Passion. Ability to write clean code with an eye for detail. Team player. Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
