Large Corporates (LC) represents the high performance client coverage team for national and international large corporates clientele within Erste Group Corporates & Capital Markets. The LC Team takes full responsibility for overall relationship management, business origination, global account management and group-wide risk/return for defined client groups with a turnover of EUR 250mn and higher.LC's client service approach combines sector/industry specialization in the Consumers Sector with subsectors Retail, Food Value Chain, Healthcare and Agriculture, with regional intelligence and product expertise in order to be in the position to act as a trusted advisor for and to enter into a continuous strategic dialogue with the clients' decision makers. Your TasksResponsibility for defined tasks and projects along the corporate and investment banking value chain Work closely with the dynamics of the Consumers sector in order to identify and address client needs along with the ability to build relationships in a professional manner Play an integral role within the core team & support the day-to-day client relationship management, deal origination and execution Coordinate and prepare deal origination materials, credit applications and other supporting documents in the course of originating, structuring and executing deals Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, as well as review, monitor and organize financial data Support the development of the banks' sector expertise and business incl. knowledge management and internal and external network build-up Contribute to account planning and target client analysis including evaluation of product use and potential Evaluate client & deal profitability within the given framework Cooperate with product specialists, risk managers, colleagues of local banks and other key professionals across the group to ensure information and deal execution efficiency and to foster group collaboration effectiveness Liaise with the execution management and back office teams in order to ensure smooth and timely implementation of transactions in the bank's core systems Your BackgroundBachelor's degree; Master's degree is of advantage Responsible attitude with the ability to behave pro-actively in the most reliable and structured manner at the same time, with attention to detail Open minded & communicative personality with a sense for sustainable developments Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills with a motivation to work as a team player in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural transaction teams Economic and political understanding, robust financial and analytical skill set; corporate finance know-how, financial modelling skills and valuation is a plus Commitment to provide outstanding client service Strong interest in market developments as well as trends in the Consumers sector would be an advantage Organizational, project management and priority-setting skills Strong willingness to learn and share knowledge in a targeted manner Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and online presentation environments; experience with specific research and analysis tools such as Bloomberg is of advantage Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and in German Our OfferWe enable working in an international and diverse environment with special commitment towards the CEE region We provide state of the art working facilities at Erste Campus in Vienna Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 36.514,66 gross per year.
