Test Automation Engineer (m/f)Full-Time (38,5 h/W) - 1010 ViennaAs a member of the QA Team, your challenge is to accelerate the delivery and improve the quality of Altova products used by thousands of customers worldwide. Cooperating with the development and support departments as well as focusing on test planning, execution and automation is part of your responsibilities. You will:prepare test plans and test cases use/maintain/improve our Java framework for automating test cases run the developed test suites and check the results, report bugs via defect tracking system, verify defects fixed by the development department Requirements:Working experience (2 years ++) in Java programming JavaScript / TypeScript programming knowledge Working experience in SW testing (ideally of MS Windows Software) Basic knowledge of using shell scripts Basic knowledge of Linux OS Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit Good English language skills (written and spoken) Desirable:Experience with GUI automatic testing Experience with Appium Node.js knowledge Experience with WebdriverIO Experience with Appium drivers: Espresso for Android and XCUITest for iOS Experience with Eclipse and MS Visual Studio Basic Knowledge of C++ Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ideally MS SQL Server or Oracle or IBM DB2) Basic knowledge of Mac OS For this position we offer a minimum salary of 46.200,-- gross/year. Additional payment based on your qualification and experience is possible. Our office located in Vienna's first district has an excellent infrastructure and is conveniently accessible via public transport (we provide a transport pass for Wiener Linien - Kernzone).
