Quick infoLocation Villach Entry level 5+ years Job ID HRC0046085 Start Dec 01, 2022 Type Full time Contract Permanent Job descriptionIn your new role you will: Work with international DfT and test engineering teams to implement methodologies and SW tools for System-on-Chip test program development and verification Watch out for trends in DfT and test engineering and propose innovative approaches O ptimize flows that meet our targets on highest quality, minimized test cost and ensure the time-to-market goal Use your strong SW competencies to develop tools for the automation of tasks in the test pattern and test program development Develop flows for the pre-silicon simulation and verification of structural and functional patterns, as well as ATE test programs S hare knowledge in cross-functional teams ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Micro-Electronics or similar, complemented by strong SW skills (C++, Java) Some years of experience in the semiconductor business as DfT engineer, test engineer, design verification or lab engineer Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal building blocks of System-on-Chip design Good know-how in Dft including the relevant standard interfaces (JTAG, iJTAG, SWD, STIL) A background in IC test methodologies and architectures/programming of automatic test equipment (Advantest,Teradyne) Profound expertise of HW design languages (Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL) and EDA simulation tools Solid knowledge in Unix, programming and scripting (Shell, Python, Perl) A strong personality for developing and implementing methodologies and tools in collaboration with the team.
