For our customer, the Human Resources Office at Central European University (CEU), we invite applications for a Recruiter position to support the internal recruitment team. Central European University (CEU) is a research-intensive university specializing in the social sciences, humanities, law, public policy and management. It is accredited in the United States, Austria and Hungary with entities in these countries. CEU offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs delivered in English and has approximately 800 employees and altogether 1000 contractors (such as visiting faculty). Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)Main tasks: Completing the administrative (approval) process related to recruitment Conducting hiring manager calls Developing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements for vacancies, both in Austria and Hungary Placing advertisements on common social media platforms Working with external partners (Pre-)screening of applicants Face-to-face and online interviewing Preparing reports for internal stakeholders Supporting hiring managers in selecting the best candidates Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in recruiting, ideally on corporate side, Recruiting Specialist, HR-Generalist or HR Business Partner Bachelor's degree ideally in HR Knowledge of Austrian labour market Fluency in English Very good German language skills Benefits: Home office or on-site office possibility Salary supplement for meals Employer contributions to Resaver pension plan Family support scheme In-house opportunities for job-related trainings and workshops The annual gross salary starts at 43,000 EUR.
