The following business-crucial leadership role needs to be filled with immediate effect: Head of Synthesis Platform Operations (f/m/x)Location: ViennaYOUR FUTURE ROLEDevelop the platform technology into a scalable customer product Implement procedures and processes to enable a high-quality production, packaging, and distribution service for the products, as well as ensure continuous improvement Design scheduling and plans for ramping up the production Lead, develop, and build up your team in a supportive and inspirational way Ensure and implement high-quality standards and associated KPIs for successful production operations Manage budgets and cost optimization activities in alignment with the Management Liaise with stakeholders (internal & external) Responsible for operational excellence in line with strategic goals, organizational culture, and values toward commercial success milestones JOB REQUIREMENTSUniversity Degree (preferably with an economic-technical focus) Sufficient domain expertise in production setting: able to set up processes and procedures from scratch, ideally with a life science background or experience in a related environment Profound understanding of quality management Excellent project management skills, strategic and systematic thinking, and ability to execute Strong leadership skills: inspiring and able to take a team "on a common journey" as well as manage, drive and develop people Team player with a pioneering mindset and seeking for success Able to cope in a fast-moving setting Excellent English skills, business fluency in German OUR CLIENT OFFERSUnique opportunity to make a contribution and capture values "from scratch" Chance to shape the company's future Leadership role with a diverse range of tasks The compensation for this position starts at a gross annual salary of EUR 70.000 (excluding bonus) - depending on your previous experience.
