Trainee (f/m/d) - Finance AreaWe are looking for Finance talents! Apply now for our new International Finance Trainee Program! With this tailor-made education and training program for Finance talents you will run through various departments in the Finance area, thus supporting main Finance processes and benefitting from working with experts - from basic accounting and financial statements to consolidation and from controlling to budget planning. The offered training and knowledge sharing formats will provide you with an overview of trends, challenges and opportunities (blockchain, crypto currencies, innovation, digital transformation, …) for the Finance area of an international banking group. You will also have the unique opportunity to spend up to two periods abroad at our subsidiary banks. Together with your mentor you will plan and shape your future career opportunities in our company, based on your strengths and individual development whilst being guided through the program. If you are a graduate or graduating in spring 2023 in the field of economics, business informatics or banking and finance and you have a notably resume that emphasizes your talent in dealing with people, your uniqueness, your enthusiasm for numbers, accuracy and your desire to always face new challenges, then please apply! You can expect an exciting application process with an online test, interviews and a Trainee Challenge at the beginning of February. We are looking forward to perhaps welcoming you as our new Finance Trainee as early as March 1st, 2023. Requirements and key data: You have a master's degree in economics or business informatics (WU, FH, ...) with a focus on finance or banking You consider yourself as a communication talent and your English is fluent (written / spoken) Your previous professional experiences or internships show both your versatility and your interest in the finance/banking sector You enjoy gathering, analyzing and visualizing data and you already have some experience with tools in the area of data consumption or information design (Excel, Qlik, Power BI,...) After sending your application documents you are ready to participate in an interesting and multi-stage application process to convince us with your personality. Then we might offer you a contract initially limited to 15 months with a gross monthly salary of 2.583,20 EUR (38.5 hours/week) within the framework of our "International Finance Trainee Program" (start date March 1, 2023) with the goal to offer a junior position within our area at the end of the program.
