Our Industry Solutions – Digital Banking team (ISDB) helps our clients to understand the changing needs of their customers and to design user-friendly and successful interactions through multiple channels at every step of the customer journey. We develop disruptive solutions and state-of-the-art experiences for our clients in an environment where the worlds of business, creativity, and technology intersect.

In order to support our growing team, we are looking for several profiles to join us!

Your next challenge
Depending on your profile, you may join the team in either one of the following roles:
Junior Digital Transformation Consultant. This first role is functional-oriented and you will:
Improve customer experience through a sound digital strategy and implementation by focusing on digital banking transformation
Work upstream to understand business needs and articulate bank requirements considering technological solutions in place.
Bring creativity, technology, and business together to solve existing pain points.

Technical Digital Banking Consultant. This second role is technical-oriented and you will:
Focus more on the digital banking implementation by building technical solution design and implementation.
Work alongside the development teams to collaborate on their challenging projects, understanding every relation between components on the different IT architecture layers (front end – middleware -back end) and developing front-end functionalities.
Define technical solution architecture to support the defined human journeys.
Build and implement the technical components aligned with the technical architecture.

Your skills
Hold a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information management, Business or Engineering.
Show a great interest in banking industry - specifically in digital banking and digital solutions (how they can help to solve complex business challenges) and you ideally have a previous relevant experience in the banking industry and/or working on digital projects
Have strong communication skills and exceptional analytical skills.
Show great interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in teams.
Ideally have experience with agile way of working and have UI/UX knowledge by using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
Ideally have knowledge and experience on digital channel tools of major vendors (e.g. Temenos Infinity, Kony, Backbase, etc.)
Are fluent in English; French or German will be considered an asset.
