We’re working with an amazing online Job-Matching platform that uses ML & AI at the core of their products to automatically match blue-collar candidates to jobs giving them the same opportunity as people in the advanced fields.
At the core of this is the Marketing function you’ll be joining which focuses on highly technical and data-driven marketing. You’ll take immediate technical product control over this area & report to the CTO to really define the product strategy & roadmap,
The role:
– Create immediate impact – they’ve helped 800,000 people find a job in the last 3 years
– Own a Marketing Analytics function from a product perspective
– Design, build & improve tools to solve marketing functions by automation and scaling backend services
– Data-Driven & even algorithmic marketing exposure
Tech Stack and your skills:
– Strong “product” mindset focusing on past Data Science products (or even better a Data Marketing one)
– Analytically minded allowing you to find new solutions to old problems
– Experience with data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Looker ETC) would be great
