Software QA Engineer
What to expect:
As a QA engineer, you will collaborate directly with developers, specialised departments, and clients on a range of projects
As a member of the test centre with more than 50 people, you are accountable for the main business application of their functionality
Based on functional and technical requirements for our products and user interfaces, you create automated tests
You increase test automation and test coverage by utilising the appropriate frameworks and technologies
You actively help guarantee the quality of processes and products as a part of a product team
You put in work on digital goods that have observable effects and make people happy every day
Personal Requirements:
You work well in teams and are constantly seeking out the best options for the group, the product, and the business
Your actions are characterised by a concentration on accuracy, excellence, and problem-solving
You enjoy learning new things yourself and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues in an open manner
You have completed coursework or training in an IT-related subject, such as business, physics, mathematics, or computer science
You are proficient in SQL, Shell Scripting, and Java
Ideally, you are ISTQB certified and have experience in software development or testing
It is advantageous to be familiar with common test and development methodologies (BDD, TDD, and DevOps)
You are acquainted with contemporary CI/CD methodologies like Jenkins and Ansible
Good German and English skills complete your profile
