Are you a senior engineer with architectural skills OR an architect with hands-on development experience? Are you a team player who is able to work with UX/UI engineers and multiple development teams? Are you curious and thrive to learn new things and mentor others?

If so, this is your chance to join our team in Zürich as a Software Architect (with React background). The area of our client is called an agile release train which is responsible for developing the new client advisor workbench.

Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with React applications, ability to provide working solutions when needed
Team player – Ability to work with UX/UI engineers and multiple development teams
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools
Curiosity and drive to learn new things and mentor others
Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail
Ability to provide high-level estimations on new scope if needed
Involvement in early stages of initiatives (Pre-Inceptions)
Support in compiling SAD, Document things
Requirements
At least 10 years of software engineering experience
At least 3 years in a similar position
React and Typescript solid knowledge, good understanding of the React ecosystem and best practices, architect mindset
Nice to have: Backend understanding (Java), experience with microservice architectures, good understanding on Software delivery, estimations, authoring technical documentations
Banking or any kind of financial services experience is nice to have
Good English is a must, German is a big plus
