As Inhouse Senior SAP BW Developer, you play a vital role in enabling the fast-growing payment business of Worldline. Located in the Merchant Services business line, this transversal role comes with a global responsibility to enable controlling and reporting functionalities for all of Worldline’s payment means and acquiring-related products offered to merchants across all verticals and geographies. Through running, maintaining and continuously developing the SAP Business Warehouse you enable Management to successfully steer the Merchant Services business and you support various stakeholders across the whole organization with crucial reporting and business insights. You are part of the BW team and work closely together with adjacent teams of Product Managers, Business Engineers, Finance professionals, as well as Sales representatives.
Your tasks
Analysis, lifecycle management and tracing of ABAP programs within SAP BW
Maintenance and administration of process chains within SAP BW
Implementation of business logics into the BW, including SAP exit variables, and customer exit variables, ABAP transformations, master data modeling, etc.
Implementation of data extractors within various SAP source systems
Implementation of authorization concepts according to global business requirements
Frontend developments, including Business Objects Design Studio and SAP Analytics Cloud
Supporting overall strategy work through providing business analyses, creating insights, and contributing to discussions with Product Managers and other stakeholders
Your profile
Relevant higher education, preferable in IT, business, or related fields
Deep experience with SAP Business Warehouse on NetWeaver, BEX Query Designer, Business Objects Design Studio, and Analysis for Office is a must
Strong knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud and hands on implementation experience in ABAP routines, SAP authorization concepts, SQL and Java is a huge plus
Knowledge of SAP HANA Modelling (BW/4HANA or BW on HANA) for possible future migration is a plus
Strong interests in data gathering, analysis, and reporting with a passion for generating insights and driving business value out of data
Excellent analytical skills and superb knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to translate those skills into meaningful outputs, in particular via Power Point and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player within an international environment, and fun to work with
