My duties
Coordinate all activities concerning a specific change/project in a scaled agile and waterfall environment including implementation of changes
Configure and document requirements to the application
Test the application including the creation of test plans, test cases & reports
Organize the User Acceptance Testing related to changes
Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Investigate technical incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineer-ing teams as well as with customers
Establish and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
Act as contact person for change managers regarding the planning and implementation of minor to major changes
Act as system analyst for complex, operational changes which can impact multiple applications in the AIM system landscape
My qualifications
Engineering degree ETH/FH or a strong aviation background, with relevant IT knowledge
Knowledge of Java, TIBCO BusinessWorks, SOAP services, REST services, JSON, JavaScript, Middleware (Tomcat), security SSL, SAML, OAuth
GIS knowledge is advantageous
Knowledge of FME transformations, AIXM, GML is advantageous
Professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment
Practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Polarion (ALM tool) is advantageous
Experience in Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) or similar domain advantageous
Fluent German, good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel occasionally to branch offices (Switzerland) and suppliers (Europe)
