Data Scientist ( f/m/d), 80-100%
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

You will be working in a small innovative R&D team in Switzerland on machine learning solutions. The team develops new approaches to automatize nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Your main tasks will be:
Together with the team you will develop new methods and algorithms for the processing and analysis of NMR spectra and implement them into customer software
Design, develop and document software solutions
Communicate results to internal stakeholders
Contribute your own ideas in our agile research and development process
Qualifikationen:
Degree (MSc or PhD) in physics, chemistry, bioinformatics, mathematics, computational science or related disciplines
Good knowledge of statistics, machine learning, or numerical methods
Experience in the design, development and documentation of scientific software
Coding experience in an object-oriented language (e.g. Java) and a scripting language (e.g. Python)
Ability to work in a scientific environment and to learn, explore and evaluate new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good knowledge of German is required
