Your mission

As a Regulatory Expert focused on Bitpanda Stocks you will be part of Bitpanda's regulatory team, specifically covering the group-wide regulatory advisory. You will provide research and expertise for regulatory projects, license applications, the conception and enablement of new products and assets and will help us expand our core business.

What you'll do:

Check regulatory requirements and provide strategic input.
Draft and revise any type of regulatory documents e.g. license applications, policies, products concepts and securities prospectuses.
Closely cooperate with our Compliance department and react and answer to requirements by authorities.
Research and summarise complex regulatory laws and texts and create proposals on how to proceed.
Monitor regulatory developments, write practical applications and analyse complex cases independently.

Who you are

Studies in law or business law (Master or similar for regulatory requirements) and a minimum of 3 years experience working with financial market law/regulations.
Experience in Crypto regulation and/or MiFID II is a strong asset.
Solution-oriented and precise way of working, as well as the ability to work both independently as well as in a team.
Diplomatic and effective communicator who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and excellent analytical and organisational skills, as well as quick comprehension and sound judgement.
Fluency in German and English is required.
