YOUR FUTURE ROLE
You design, discuss and develop scalable architectures for complex and dataintense projects
You implement these architectures, data pipelines (e.g. for edge to cloud to edge processing) and create value for our customers
Your willingness to learn and stay up to date with emerging scalable and streaming technologies is natural for you
You work in an extraordinary, interdisciplinary team on projects that push the boundaries of Industrial AI and you tackle unsolved problems in the industrial sector
You are ready to work on our very own products, bring in your ideas and take on responsibility for own projects
You are enthusiastic about developing high quality, production ready software
YOUR ACTUAL COMPETENCIES
You finished your BSc/MSc/PhD in a related field, e.g. Computer Science with at least one year professional experience in a Software or Data Engineering environment
You have a good understanding of big data infrastructures and (private) cloud architectures
Experience with distributed technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.) and in object oriented programming (e.g. Java, Python or C++) is a given
You have well-founded knowledge in Linux and experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation tools (Ansible) and cloud deployments (e.g. Azure)
As an open, analytical and problem-solving personality, you are actively involved in the team and would like to make a significant contribution to the success story of craftworks
English language proficiency required and knowledge of German is a plus
Technology and skills: Python, Java, Linux, Apache Stack (Hive, Spark, Kafka) Docker, Ansible, TimescaleDB, Kubernetes

The minimum salary for this position starts at € 45.000,- per year according to the IT collective agreement Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-oriented overpayment.
