OVERVIEWGlobal Blue´s IT headquarters is located in Vienna. The holder of this open position will be responsible to ensure a working and well maintained test environment. Close cooperation with Engineering and Operations team are key for being successful.The holder of this open position will be responsible to ensure a working and well maintained test environment. Close cooperation with Engineering and Operations team are key for being successful.He/she will be part of a team and contribute his/her efforts towards the goals set forth for the team in alignment with the guidelines and quality and test strategy set forth by the QA organization. He/she will continuously focus on the quality of the products the team produces as well as the overall functioning of the systems and processes of GB.He or she will carry out the duties and take over the responsibilities laid out below for the products and components assigned to him or her.RESPONSIBILITIESSetup, monitor and manage test environments in close cooperation with Operations and Engineering teamsBecome and stay a technical expert in the setup, configuration and usage of the systems/applications under testSmooth deployments of new release versions/components in the test environment using the provided deployment frameworkEffective troubleshooting and issue fixing in the environment during ongoing tests.
