In your new role you will:
Develop new processes in close cooperation with technology development and production
Be responsible for the independent supervision of ion implantation processes
Work on the evaluation and selection of the necessary equipment from worldwide suppliers
Document the developed processes within the development or transfer milestones
Take on active knowledge management (development / exchange / transfer) within your area of expertise
Be in charge of process and tool qualifications within the scope of project work

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in the field of Natural Sciences (e.g. (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Material Science) or Engineering (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
Experience in process technology
Good methodological competence with regard to FMEA , 6-sigma and 8D (as a plus)
Fluent German and English skills and the ability to speak confidently
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
