Your tasks

Definition and ownership of the middle- and long-term product vision and roadmap, in close coordination with our c-level management
Establishment of a sustainable product department (UI/UX, Data, Product) and management of the department OKRs
Implementation and ongoing optimisation of suitable operational processes for optimal handling of feature and product development
Ongoing prioritisation of planned features in close cooperation with our internal stakeholders and our head of engineering
Leading pre-planning, prioritisation and user story mapping sessions
Ongoing (data) analysis of existing and new features to quickly identify potential for optimisation

Our Expectations

Completed technical or business education (HTL, FH, Uni)
Several years of professional experience as a product manager/product owner in a growth environment
Experience in end-to-end product life cycle management
Know-how in an agile software development environment (UI/UX, frontend, backend, data science)
Proven leadership experience
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Hands-on mentality and result-oriented action
Business fluent in written and spoken English, good German skills

For this position, we offer an annual gross minimum salary of EUR 50,000. We are entirely prepared to adjust our offer to your skill set and relevant experience!
