My duties
You will design and implement high performing Java-based services in a complex system landscape, from REST based APIs or value driven services to Big Data analytics
You will contribute in shaping the technology stack driving the digitalization of energy market as well as improving and redesigning existing systems
Together with our highly technical teams, you will shape the products and tools at every stage, from draft to production
Use your passion for clean designs and quality code to continuously improve our platform. We love simple, readable and efficient code
You will do code review and coach more junior team members as well as document the software architectures. We believe in knowledge sharing
My qualifications
At heart: You are an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Java Developer, especially with know-how in Java 11 and beyond
You love: Software design, concurrency, distributed message based architectures or REST based architectures
Technologies you are experienced in: Java 17, Hibernate, Spring, Kafka, Jackson, Prometheus, Grafana
Preferred database is: MySQL
You are not afraid of: Linux & Git
Mindset: Forward thinking, team player and agile
You master: English, German is a bonus
