THE ONES IN CHARGE
As a project manager your duty is to run a facility (Funslope, Funcross, Familypark) by yourself. The technical director checks the quality of the facility on a regular basis, gives you feedback and discusses what you can do better. You are the key point between the Shape Academy, the costumer and the visitors of the facility. By attending our training at the beginning of the season you will be well prepared for your tasks as a project manager.
Key data
Period of employment: December-April (depending on season)
Working hours: 25-30 hours per week
Wage: from € 10,00 gross/hour - overpayment with appropriate qualification and experience
Additional benefits: accommodation in SR, season pass for your place of work, outerwear (pants, jacket, helmet, gloves), mobile phone - for the period of employment
Your Tasks
You are responsible for the quality and the safety of your facility/facilities.
You coordinate the shape crew and are the key contact person for the mountain railways – our customer.
You create working schedules and also monitor the prescribed hour budget.
You support our marketing & event team from our Headquarter in Graz at photo shootings and events.
You represent your facility by regulary publishing photos and videos on several channels.
Your Skills
You speak German fluently and are able to express yourself in English.
You can find a satisfying solution to every problem – of course our experts are here to help you.
You like to take responsibility and are able to work independently.
You like to pitch in and are manually talented.
Punctuality is very important to you.
You are able to cater for the specific needs and wishes of our customers and can react to any change of the weather.
At some resorts an own car is of advantage.
