THE TEAM LEADERS
The tasks of the head shaper are various. You lead the crew through the season, coordinate the daily work on the mountain and have a special focus on quality and safety of the facility. As the park designer´s right hand, you are advisor, implementer and personnel manager in one. Real team leader skills are required!
Key data
Period of employment: December-April (depending on season)
Working hours: 30-35 hours per week
Wage: from € 10,00 gross/hour - overpayment with appropriate qualification and experience
Additional benefits: accommodation in SR, season pass for your place of work, outerwear (pants, jacket, helmet, gloves) - for the period of employment
Your Tasks
You are responsible for the quality and the safety of our the facility.
You coordinate the shape crew and are their main contact person.
You create working schedules and also monitor the defined hourly budget.
You have good organizing skills and get administrative tasks done easily.
Small repairs & modifications are part of your job.
You act as intermediary between our headquarter and your crew.
Your Skills
You speak English fluently, German is of advantage.
You can find a satisfying solution to every problem.
You like to take responsibility and are able to work independently.
You like to pitch in and are manually talented.
You have the facility know-how that is needed in order to ensure the maximum of fun for our guests.
You are able to cater for the specific needs and wishes of our customers and can react to any change of the weather.
At some resorts an own car is of advantage.
