Your Responsibilities
Here at Meister, we love Ruby on Rails – do you? In this back-end position, you can expect to work on exciting and challenging projects as you help to develop, improve and maintain payment and subscription solutions. Your contribution will have a huge impact on our user base of more than 30 million people and counting. Mo' Money, Mo' Problems - that's why we need you!
What Makes You Special
Experience with web frameworks. You know your way around the back-end with Ruby on Rails or similar.
Payment system expertise. You are familiar with systems like Braintree, Paypal or Stripe is a big plus.
DBMS expertise. You have good experience with MySQL or other DBMSs such as MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Infrastructure experience. Your knowledge of IT infrastructure helps us provide a competitive edge in the market. Docker and Kubernetes are welcome.
Experience with modern front-end solutions. You know a thing or two about React, Hotwire/Stimulus, etc.
Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better. Experiences in leading teams projects are very welcome!
Proactive mindset. Your curiosity, resourcefulness and ability to work independently help drive us on.
