Tasks

Youl ove to realize new customer projects and work on software conception as well as design? You are service orientated and like to elaborate optimization potentials of software solutions for our existing customers? In both cases we have the right challenge for you. Beside your main responsibilities you are also dealing with

the following tasks:

Creating software designs, coding software solutions and bug fixing
Source code reviews and developer tests
Software documentation and creating test reports
Holding workshops (customers, suppliers, etc.)
Implementing software solutions
Assisting live operation remotely and/or on-site at our international customers' premises

Requirements

Educational background with specialization in the field of IT or technology advantageous
Experience in software development and object-oriented programming (Java)
Understanding of relational databases (MS, SQL, Oracle, etc.)
Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems advantageous
Knowledge of network technology
Experience with common development environments and with GIT and Gerrit advantageous
Good command of English
Team-oriented personality with an independent and precise way of working
Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 30% of annual working hours)

The minimum salary for this position according to the Collective Agreement is € 2,635.-- for 38.5 hours/week. However, we offer a competitive salary depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
