QA Automation Engineer (senior/upper medior)We are currently looking for an experienced backend QA Automation Engineer for a financial services industry client. This is a challenging role in a fast paced, yet very supportive and friendly environment, with future development opportunities.OVERVIEWThe QA Engineer will be responsible for performing quality assurance tasks in an agile environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyse incoming requirements for completeness and testabilityCreate, maintain, and execute automated test casesUnderstand the business purpose and processes of the tested application for being able to perform reasonable exploratory testsDefect detection/documentation/tracking and retestingMaintain the automation framework and automated test casesCreate and maintain the test data and environmentCooperate closely with Product Managers and DevelopersREQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in test automationPrior experience working in an agile software development teamGood C#/.NET coding skills in order to automate test casesQA theoretical knowledgeDeep REST API understandingSpecflow framework knowledge is an advantagePersonal qualificationIndependent and self-motivated personalityTeam player and results oriented attitudeExcellent command of English in spoken and written formEnjoys working in a multi-cultural environmentRole type/term: long-term, external (contractor) for the first 12 months, then upon mutual sympathy employment contract with the Client (internalization)HO/Onsite: as a contractor in the first 12 months: 1 day/month in Vienna office, after internalization 1day/weekJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: 250.00€ - 280.00€ per day
