A successful Semiconductor company in Austria is looking for a Principal Digital Design Engineer to join their electrification and battery management system (BMS) development team to strengthen next generation product platform development. Visa can be sponsored for this role and relocation to Graz is a must.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Translate system requirements into functional solutions
Develop digital IC level architecuture and subsystems from concept definition, RTL implementation, mixed signal verification, timing and power constraint definition, to DfT and backend sign-off
Create and maintain IP models for system level verification and sign-off
Manage interfaces to analog-, diagnosis and test infrastructure
Coach juniors
Your Profile:

Bachelor / Master / PhD technical degree
7+ years of experience in mixed signal SoC and IP development
Expert knowledge of digital design methodologies and tools
Proficient in industry standard EDA tools (e.g. Cadence MSoT flow or similar)
Solid C / C++ programming skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
Strong communication and networking skills
Solid English language skills
