Job Description
What work will look like:
Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching and leadership.
Collaboration with Directors, Product Owners and Product Managers as well as Agile Coaches so you as a team reach your goals.
Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork.
Discovering training needs, motivating and supporting team members to grow.
You act as software engineer (Java-Backend), continuously building upon and improving the Dynatrace product.
Qualifications
What we need from you:
Natural leader with tangible track-record of Coaching and Developing people.
Experienced software developer (m/f/x) with drive and clear goals.
5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot – a plus is experience with Spring Cloud Gateway.
Communicative personality with end-to-end thinking who is enthusiastic about software engineering.
Knowledge in Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, …) and/or Kubernetes is a plus.

Compensation and rewards:

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
