Job Description
Performance is key to our success – explore different approaches to tune our product up to the optimal setup.
As a member of the Cluster Performance Engineering Team you will focus on Dynatrace cluster performance analysis and improvements, identify bottlenecks and resolve them in collaboration with development teams.
You are the go-to person for scalability and robustness and contribute to self-healing functionality.
You ensure end-to-end continuous performance test coverage.
Furthermore, you will work with our DevOps colleagues on in-depth-analysis of problems in production and constantly improve our automation framework for performance- and load-testing.
Qualifications
Technical studies related to Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
Experience in Java backend software development and Linux system engineering
Expertise with some of the following technologies is beneficial: Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Apache Lucene
Basic knowledge of load-testing, performance diagnosis and Java profiling is an advantage. Ideally you have heard about object-churn and heap-dump-analysis
General interest in distributed systems, system architecture and NoSQL databases
Passion for performance optimization

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
