Job description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Publisher Support Manager.
You are a dynamic part of our team and should have a passion for technology, specifically adTech.
You will ensure that clients have the optimal experience working with us.
Your mission
Be the contact for our Publisher Partner
Work together with our sales team and with the team members of Publisher Support
Be a proactive contact to our new PublisherPartner and help them solve all upcoming issues
Support our team in providing a high level of assistance to clients
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Manage tickets and priorities
You report directly to the Leader Publisher Support
Your profile
2yrs+ experience in a service level environment
2yrs+AdOperations experience
Strong understanding of Excel
Advanced understanding of programmatic advertising
CSS/HTML, Javascript, SQL knowledge (some or all)
Communicate effectively, written and verbal
Fluent in verbal and written English language
Hands-on - mentality, passion for making things happen
Proactively problem-solving ability
