Job description
We are looking for a flexible talent to lead and organize our Publisher Support Team in Vienna. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and managing daily operations, as well as communication with the team.
Your mission
Be responsible for leading and developing our Publisher Support Team
Performance management and coordination of the team
Analysis, Development, and improvement of procedures
Developing and achieving performance goals
Manage daily operations
Improve internal customer service processes
Your profile
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
5yrs experience in a service level environment
Strong understanding of Excel
Advanced understanding of programmatic advertising
CSS/HTML, Javascript, SQL knowledge (some or all)
Communicate effectively, written and verbal
Fluent in verbal and written English language
Hands-on - mentality, passion for making things happen
Proactively problem-solving ability
Flexible and calmly troubleshooting ability
Be able to work within tight deadlines and fast turnaround time
