Your key responsibilites

As QMS Coordinator you will be responsible for BRP-Rotax's Quality Management System and Environmental Management System, develop them further and support the implementation of local and global quality strategies.

Support of the process and QMS portal

Responsibility for the architecture as well as for the management of projects for the extension of the portal

Further development, control and improvement of the document control system

Simple programming in the QMS portal (JavaScript an advantage)

Digitization of the audit system

Active participation in process management in cooperation with internal departments

Supporting the departments in defining and presenting their processes

Expansion of the company-wide process landscape

Support and implementation of local and global quality strategies

Developing a Q strategy and leading the resulting projects

Responsibility for the Rotax Performance Board

Experiences and skills that will make you great at the role

Degree (FH, university) - ideally in the areas of process and quality management or alternatively completed technical training (HTL)

At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, process management and auditing as well as knowledge of aviation-relevant processes desired

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 knowledge and know-how regarding training techniques

Motivated team player with IT affinity (SAP, MS Office, QMS portal), process-technical and -oriented knowledge, thinking and acting as well as quality competence

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

The minimum salary for this position is € 46.346,72 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
