Senior Frontend Developer – React/Next.JS (f/m/x)
Our client is a photovoltaic service provider that offers turnkey photovoltaic installations and covers everything from planning to installation, operation and even the financial aspects of it. They are growing full speed and are looking a Senior Frontend Developer – React/Next.JS (m/f/d) in Vienna to support their growth.
These exciting tasks are waiting for you:
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Develop web applications based on Next.js (TypeScript) and Node.js in in collaboration with our designers, provide feedback and suggest trade-offs when required
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Work closely with full-stack developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs
Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions
Familiarity with testing and debugging processes, including unit testing and UI testing
Your experience so far:
At least one year of experience with a frontend framework such as React.js (Next.js), Vue.js (Nuxt.js)
Experienced in building modern JavaScript-based applications in React.js
Demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, and responsive web
Experience with CSS processors (e.g., TailwindCSS), testing tools (Cypress.io, Jest) and consuming REST and GraphQL based APIs
Able to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies
Fluent in English (German a plus)
